Hartley’s Fish and Chips was founded by David Harris out of the desire and passion for the fish and chip industry with over 25 years of experience for frying the Greatest British delicacy that he started Hartleys Fish and Chips 5 years ago and has come from strength to strength.
Since they took over the management of Hartleys Fish and Chips in March 2016, Grace and Tiago Rentroia have an ambition – to provide the best quality fish and chips as per previous management but also to bring a sense of community and touch base with unrivalled service and great food to their loyal customers.
At Hartleys Fish and Chips we have made the commitment to only use sustainable and responsibly sourced fish.
Our cod and haddock come from the cold icy waters of the North Atlantic, mainly around Iceland and Norway. Where the fishing areas are carefully monitored and managed by fishermen and scientists to ensure sustainability.
All our potatoes are sourced from farmers who are experts in the field, and have been growing potatoes for many years and know how to produce the finest potato for our delicious chips.
